IIHF U16 Youth Development Camp Registration

Uzbekistan awaits two lucky NZIHF 2007 born players!
 
Together with our partnership with the International Ice Hockey Federation and the Olympic Council of Asia, we are excited to announce the opportunity of a life time. We are seeking two 2007 born players to take part in a FREE IIHF international youth development camp in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
 
Selection will take place once all expressions of interest have been received. All applicants must be able to travel.
 

1 Male player born in 2007 – must be registered with NZIHF and hold a current NZ passport
Demonstrated sportsmanship on & off of the ice
Respect teammates, coaches, game officials & administrators
Positive & enthusiastic attitude that support teamwork

1 Female player born in 2007 – must be registered with NZIHF and hold a current NZ passport
Demonstrated sportsmanship on & off of the ice
Respect teammates, coaches, game officials & administrators
Positive & enthusiastic attitude that support teamwork

Programme Overview:
Programme dates: 31st July – 7th August 2023
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan at the HUMO Arena

The Youth Development Camp will focus on player development on and off-ice with an international flavour of players and coaches. On ice training and games with action packed days. 

Cost:
Travel to/from Uzbekistan, accomodation and attendance at the camp is free of charge (only personal spending money is required)

The Olympic Council of Asia (“OCA”) will cover expenses for full accommodation (includes 3 meals per day) and return air tickets.

Players will be chaperoned by an NZIHF coach and staff member.
